Essential Oil Antiviral Recipe

This Essential Oil Antiviral Recipe contains 18 essential oils with known antiviral properties. The numbers after each antiviral oil represent the proportions that you should use to make this aromatherapy antiviral formula for yourself. You can think of the number as a “drop” or as a “part”. So, this aromatherapy antiviral recipe begins with 5 drops (parts) Bergamot; 4 drops (parts) Cajeput; 2 drops (parts) Cardamom and so on. The total # of drops (parts) in this antiviral essential oil formula comes to: 100 drops (parts).

So, if you are counting drops then your empty bottle would need to hold 100 drops – about 4 ml. But, if you are counting milliliters then you would need an empty bottle that would hold 100 ml.

Once you’ve created this antiviral essential oil recipe, you can add a few drops to a spray bottle containing rubbing alcohol with 60% or higher alcohol content. This blend of alcohol and antiviral essential oils will act as a potent viricide.

You could also use the blend you created in a diffuser or put a drop or two on an aromatherapy necklace.

What if you don’t have all 18 antiviral essential oils? No worries – just use what you have. All would be perfect but some is most definitely better than none.
