Aromatherapy Quick Study Guide – 4 page laminated guide

The Aromatherapy Quick Study Guide is a 4 page laminated guide on the uses of Essential Oils. Dr. Joie Power’s Aromatherapy Quick Study Guide, previously published by BarCharts, Inc., is a great tool for both beginners and experts for the most commonly used essential oils and as a aromatherapy blending guide. Free vial of Artisan Aromatics Essential Oil included with each Aromatherapy Guide.

The 4-page laminated 8 1/2″ x 11″ Aromatherapy Quick Study Guide includes:

  • What is aromatherapy?
  • Oils used in aromatherapy
  • Safety precautions
  • Using essential oils
  • Purchasing essential oils
  • Storing essential oils
  • Details on 24 essential oils
  • Glossary
  • Therapeutic index of traditional use of essential oils

This aromatherapy guide offers info on the safe and effective use of essential oils and is really useful for both beginner and old pro alike. I particularly like it because it is small enough to take up little space on my blending table but has enough info to be quite useful. I also like that it is laminated so spilling a little essential oil on it won’t hurt a thing. And, to not use us too much desk space, the guide can be folded over so that only one page shows at a time.
