How to Use This Aromatherapy Blend

Our 5ml offering of Grief Relief Blend can be used in a diffuser, inhaler, aromatherapy jewelry, added to a hot compress, or added to carrier oil for a body or massage oil. To incorporate into a warm bath, add up to 6 drops to a tablespoon of vegetable oil and gently stir into warm bath water.

In the rollerball form, keep at your nightstand to apply under the nose and to wrists and temples at bedtime. In the daytime, carry with you to use whenever feelings begin to overwhelm. Breathe deeply and let the natural plant medicine offer comfort and healing.
