Headache Remedy Oil Blend Description

This blend of pure essential oils works wonders when just a few drops are added to a teaspoon of carrier/base like sweet almond  or our massage base and massaged into temples, forehead, cheeks and neck. Use this synergistic combination of essential oils for its powerful plant healing.

Usage

Add a few drops to your diffuser or inhaler and breathe deeply. Alternately, drop onto a warm, wet wash cloth and place on your forehead while you close your eyes and rest for 5-10 minutes. To take with you, order the 10ml rollerball which is diluted in coconut oil for skin application – roll under the nose, on the temples and forehead.

Alternative Inhalation Method

• Heat the water to boil.
• Turn the burner off.
• Allow the water to cool for a few moments.
• Add 5 or 6 drops of Headache Remedy.
• Breathe in the vapors deeply through nose and mouth several times.

Headache Remedy EO Blend must be diluted for use on the skin. Only inhale via a diffuser with a few drops added to the water.
