Our Sesame Oil (Refined)  is cold pressed  from the seeds of Sesamum indicum and then filtered for purity. Sesame Oil is light yellow in color and the aroma is light and mild. The viscosity of  this oil is slightly thick.  If properly stored (away from heat and light and with top closed), the shelf life is 1 Year or more.

Sesame Oil (refined)

Botanical Name: Sesamum indicum

Our Sesame Oil is light yellow in color and has an aroma that is light and mild. This naturally cold pressed and refined vegetable oil works very well as a carrier oil for diluting essential oils prior to use on the skin, especially when blended with lighter oils, like our Sunflower Oil.

Natural constituents: Vitamins E and B, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. This natural vegetable oil contains trace amounts of Palmitoleic Fatty Acid and generally 12% Palmitic, 6% of Stearic and up to 50% Oleic and 50% Linoleic Fatty Acid.

Do not ingest carrier oils with essential oils blended into them.
