In a world inundated with unhealthy chemicals and difficult challenges, essential oils offer a respite, a refuge, and a place to come home to our essential connection with nature. After working with essential oils in blending and product design for 15 years, I obtained my professional aromatherapy certification in 2017 in order to better understand the healing benefits and chemical profiles of essential oils. Since then, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and developed a line of products that turned into the book Essential Oil Recipes for Whole Body Care, available here and on Amazon.

When I’m not working with oils, I enjoy hikes with my dog Rexi, swimming, doing yoga, playing pickle ball, FaceTiming my son in Italy, and visits with friends over tea.
