About Balsam gurjun Essential Oil
Balsam gurjun Essential Oil (Dipterocarpus turbinatus ) from Indonesia is wildcrafted essential oil that is steam distilled from gum/resin. Balsam gurjun is prized in natural perfumery as an inexpensive fixative and ability to round out rough edges and bring aromatic notes together in seamless cohesion. It has a very light, woody scent with a hint of balsamic and conifer. It blends well with just about every oil, and offers skin-soothing/anti-inflammatory properties.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: Balsam gurjun Essential Oil is non-sensitizing and non-irritating, but do further research if you are pregnant or have any health concerns.
